1. Our Quality Guarantee

Every Perth BioLabs product is independently tested and ships with a Certificate of Analysis. If your product doesn’t meet the stated specification, we will replace it at no cost.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if the product was damaged in transit, the incorrect product was shipped, the product does not match its Certificate of Analysis, or the vial was defective on arrival. Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

3. Timeframe

All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@perthbiolabs.com with your order number and batch number.

4. Replacements

Where a valid return reason is confirmed, we will dispatch a replacement product at no cost within 24 hours of approval.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued where a replacement is not possible. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on research peptides. If you are unsure which product suits your research, please contact our team before purchasing.
